LIMITED WARRANTY FOR ALL CASES MANUFACTURED BY CELLECTIVE CASE AND PURCHASED IN THE UNITED STATES

What This Warranty Covers

Defects in materials and workmanship in cases manufactured and sold by Cellective Case under its numerous licenses with which this limited warranty is included in/on the package.

Period of Coverage

One year* from the date the Products are purchased by the first end-user.

Who is Covered

This warranty extends to only the first end-user purchaser.

ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURNS.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

1. Products that are operated in combination with our Product.
2. Someone other than Cellective Case tests or adjusts or modifies the Products in any way.
3. Defects or damage that result from (i) use of the Products in a manner that is not normal or customary; (ii) improper operation or misuse; (iii) accident or neglect; (iv) contact with water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration; (v) contact with sand, dirt or the like; or (vi) contact with extreme heat, or spills of food or liquid.
4. Physical damage to the surface of the Products, including scratches and cracks to externally exposed parts.

What Cellective Will Do

If this product is percieved to be defective, it may be repaired or replaced at our option.
